Exchange and Return Policy

If you receive a product that does not conform to specifications, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused, and comes with all accessories and packaging, in addition to the purchase receipt or proof of purchase through our website.

You can contact us to arrange an exchange or return through customer service, messages, or email. Your request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned product, with shipping costs borne by the customer in the case of an exchange.
